Flutter app for learning Quechua, an Andean indigenous language. As Product Owner and Tech Lead, I redesigned the onboarding and full architecture. With zero acquisition spend, we jumped from 7,500 to 10,000+ active users in the first month.

High-sensitivity field research at San Pedro Prison, commissioned by the Dirección General de Régimen Penitenciario. I interviewed police, administrative staff, and inmates' representatives to map three critical friction points in the daily count of 5,000 people.
Technical Architecture
Count flow redesign: biometric 2FA at main doors + NFC at secondary access. Projection validated with the technical team. Angular + Design Thinking + social innovation frameworks.
